In the today market economical scenario, job hunting is a challenging task for every college graduate and other young job seekers. If today's young job seekers are lucky enough to have parents who are financially self-sufficient or thriving, they are in the minority. Still, they are not shielded from the harsh realities of the job market and, at a minimum, have friends and relatives who are no doubt victims of these difficult economic times. So what can young job seekers do to better position themselves in these tough times?

1. Formulate a Branding Statement. Use a branding statement that tells employers what you can offer instead of what you are looking for. This will help separate you from the stigma that young job seekers are typically more self-centered than mature job seekers. In other words, make it "them" focused, and not "me" focused, and clearly communicate what you can do for them. Be sure to embed this message in your LinkedIn and other social networking profiles so that it is consistent. Make sure to verbally communicate the same brand (value that you bring) when speaking to others about prospective opportunities. We provide full guidance and support to them to write document.

2. Volunteer and Leverage Prior Volunteer Work. If you have a particular passion, such as theatre, green initiatives, your local church, or a soup kitchen, there is no shortage of ways to give back to others, gain some valuable experience, learn lessons, and prove to yourself and others that you have value. Join a community theatre troupe, or take on a role in a community organization. These are wonderful ways to gain recognition and build up your credentials and references, not to mention, gain tangible experience to enhance your resume.

3. Help to have Remain positive, energetic and upbeat. Above all, keep your energy level up! Those who exude energy come across as upbeat and confident, and all things being equal, employers will hire someone with an abundance of energy, confidence and a "can do" attitude! Search Methodology - Our selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive, detailed and target oriented. This process begins with understanding the client’s needs and goes all the way to post recruitment follow-up with both client and candidate. The key principles of our search methodology focus on.

Understanding- The client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure, culture and future growth plans.

Mapping- Position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities and other relevant details

Strategy Making- That draws up a target list of appropriate industries and/or companies from which to recruit and utilizing our network, along with our database to develop a list of most promising candidates within these companies. This is presented to the client as a comprehensive list of people we intend to approach.

Establishing Contact- Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates. Candidates are contacted and apprised of the opportunity for eliciting their interest in the position.

Evaluating- Candidates with the aim of determining a profile match with the job, their career aspirations and suitability in the context and culture of client organization. In addition to personal interviews, we selectively use psychometric assessment.

Background Verifications- On candidate who has been selected for hire, before the offer is formally extended. If required, we could also help conduct a background check on these candidates, through appropriate agencies.

Negotiations- For the final candidate’s compensation requirements and if required, assist in completing the hiring arrangements.

First Shortlist


Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We will then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates. In addition to personal interviews, we may use Psychometric assessment tools such as Thomas Profiling


For the most appropriate candidates, we will prepare a detailed résumé and evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. On receiving feedback from the candidates and you on the meetings, we will work along with you to draw up a final shortlist

Reference check

We will conduct detailed references on the candidate you wish to hire. If required, we could conduct a background check through appropriate agencies
